The Diya is a symbol of hope and positivity, representing the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance.During Diwali, Diyas are lit and placed around homes, on windowsills, balconies, and in courtyards, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are also placed in rows along streets and public spaces, creating a beautiful spectacle at night.
